Conservation officials stated their commission voted to request four town recycling carts (2 for residents at the top units and 2 for events); board discussion resolved to standardize all VZ service to town carts and to provide one cart to the lower residence as well, for a total of five 95‑gallon carts covering the site (three resident carts and two for events). The motion passed unanimously.
