After returning to open session, board member Steve Britton moved that no action be taken in response to the complaint; Cliff Wheeler seconded.
Recorded votes on the motion were: Steve Britton — yes; Lucas Taylor — yes; Cliff Wheeler — yes; Julie Nighswonger — yes; Melinda Milett — no; Marsha Frost — no. Heather Echavarria's vote was not audible in the minutes. The minutes record the motion passing by an audible majority and state that no further action was taken.
