The council also approved January minutes with clerical edits (motion by Blaine Ball; Hill seconded). Staff reviewed past-due accounts and indicated that notice letters would be sent to flagged accounts; one business’s final notice for payment went unanswered and a shut-off was scheduled 14 days after Jan. 21, with one additional 24-hour notice to be delivered.
Staff reported an additional $21,000 awarded for the Tetonia Block Park Grant; the city will make its agreed $1,500 match toward the project. Council reviewed revenue and expense reports for the Snow Plane Rally and set the 2026 Easter Egg Hunt for April 4, 2026. The meeting adjourned at 10:01 p.m. on a motion by Blaine Ball, seconded by Aaron Hansen.
