Mayor Jenn M. Morin recessed the meeting for executive session and later called the meeting back to order.
The Council subsequently moved to convene in executive session pursuant to Title 1, Maine Revised Statutes Annotated §405(6)(A) on a personnel matter; Councilor Kimball moved the order and Councilor Daniels seconded; the motion passed unanimously and the Council recessed again. After reconvening, Councilor Daniels moved to adjourn; Councilor Phanthay seconded and the meeting adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
