The Eastport City Council scheduled several public hearings for June 17: a public hearing on the FY2027 municipal budget, a public hearing on a new victualer license for a pizza food trailer (applicant: Alan Skinner for William’s Pizza d/b/a Golden Steer, LLC), and a public hearing on a proposed Street Vendor Ordinance at 5 p.m.
Councilor Rhonda Stevens moved to schedule the budget hearing and Councilor Morang seconded; motions to schedule the vendor and victualer hearings passed unanimously. The minutes record the scheduling actions and the items’ placement on the June 17 agenda, but they do not include supporting budget documents or the vendor ordinance text.
The council also scheduled the victualer-license hearing for the pizza food trailer and noted the vendor ordinance hearing time; interested parties will have an opportunity to submit comment at the June 17 meeting.
