The Town of Fenton Planning Board approved a site plan June 30 for a 10-by-10 shed at 27 Albany Street following the Zoning Board of Appeals' prior decision to grant an 18-foot setback variance. The ZBA had moved to be Lead Agency and approved the variance on June 16, conditioned on Planning Board site-plan approval.
At the Planning Board meeting, members had no further questions about the site plan and voted to approve the shed without additional conditions. Building Inspector Matt Banks advised the applicant, Paul Miller, that a building permit from the Building Department is required before construction may begin.
