Commissioners discussed scheduling and quorum concerns for late-December meetings and agreed to either approve now or ask staff to prepare edits for the December meeting. A motion to approve the bylaws as presented passed by voice vote.
Commissioners were reminded the next meeting is scheduled for Nov. 24, 2025; staff said applications are already in for that agenda and asked members to notify staff if unavailable.
