Fairway Planning Commission elects chair and officers, schedules April meeting

The Fairway Planning Commission completed its annual officer elections at the March 30, 2026 meeting. A commissioner nominated Wendy Bailey for chair and she accepted; the commission seconded the nomination and approved it by voice vote. Ben Zwick was nominated and approved for vice chair, and Abby was nominated and approved for secretary.
The commission set its next meeting for April 27, 2026. Planning staff reported nine applications currently on file for that meeting, including three new houses, exceptions and a solar application. The meeting adjourned after the officers were seated and routine business concluded.
