The price schedule discussed in public comments was cited as roughly $50,000 for FY26, $52,000 for FY27 and $54,100 for FY28; staff and the town manager attributed the increase to supply-and-demand pressure in the municipal audit market and the inclusion of single-audit pricing in Culvers bid.
