The board approved the Oct. 17, 2024 meeting minutes on a motion by Commissioner Fred DeWitt with a second by Lois Boley; the motion carried with all present voting in favor. The monthly financial reports were accepted on a motion by Lois Boley and a second by Mike Morris; all voted in favor.
On utilities, the board approved writing off $942.26 in delinquent sewer accounts (motion by Fred DeWitt; second by Ruth Faulkner) and approved a Pay Extension Agreement allowing up to three seven-day extensions per fiscal year (motion by Fred DeWitt; second by Mike Morris); both motions passed unanimously.
In recreation business, the board accepted the lowest of two bids to install gutters on the Paul Mattingly concession stand (motion by Fred DeWitt; second by Ruth Faulkner). The meeting concluded after a motion by Ruth Faulkner to adjourn, seconded by Lois Boley; all voted in favor.
