The minutes of the April 15, 2025 Heritage Pines CDD meeting record an action item noting Environmental Solutions Florida, Inc. (ESF) has executed a contract to remove vegetation at NWRA 33 and that removal is underway.
District Engineer Kurt Heath is assigned to inspect the area and coordinate any required repairs. Chair Kathleen Lonergan raised a separate resident concern about a partially dead oak tree reported behind 18906 Rolling Hills Loop; Mr. Heath's initial inspection concluded the oak is on private property behind 11906 Heritage Pointe Drive and not on CDD-owned easements, but the engineer will re-inspect the area.
Mr. Adams also reported ongoing maintenance and repair work under the district's contracts, noting completed drainage inlet repairs on Breland Drive and Hollander Avenue and a repaired concrete curb on Fair Way Drive. The minutes indicate the contracted cleanup and subsequent inspections are active tasks for staff and the district engineer.
