ARC asks architect for alternative center-tower designs for proposed Bedi Shell station

Committee members said the proposal should incorporate architectural elements more consistent with the city's Architectural Design Standards, with particular attention to the center tower. Vice Chairman Melanie Greer moved that the architect provide alternative designs and materials for the tower; Chairman Kayce Saik seconded. Both members voted "AYE," and the motion carried. The committee requested that the alternatives be presented at the Planning and Zoning meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
