During roll call the council recorded members J. Skee, E. Redmon, R. Frazier and J. Frayer as present and listed guests including S. Zietlow and G. and J. Escott. Trustee Skee moved to accept the consent docket as presented; Trustee Redmon supported the motion. The transcript records the result as "All in favor -3 nays 0" and the clerk noted "Motion Carried."
Later under new business, Trustee Frayer moved to approve the 2026 meeting calendar; Trustee Skee supported that motion. The transcript records the vote as "All in favor -4 nays 0" and "Motion Carried."
