For 1st South between 4th and 6th West, applicants Craig Thomas and Bret Davis were instructed to coordinate with staff and a public hearing will be scheduled; Councilmember Todd Thomas abstained from that vote and the motion passed by majority. For a portion of Gamble Avenue from 1st to 2nd North, applicant Brandon Roberts was similarly directed to work with staff; that motion passed unanimously.
The minutes show the council’s actions were limited to deeming the applications viable and beginning the public‑hearing process; no final vacate decisions were made at the meeting.
