Board members discussed sequencing so residents are not confused by overlapping surveys; Melissa and committee member Val said the tree preservation survey will run roughly a month and staff plan to publicize it in the July newsletter and send targeted outreach to boards and committees. Melissa said she plans to finalize a draft of the housing production plan proposal imminently and will circulate materials when ready. The board approved June 29 minutes and confirmed the next meeting date of August 10.
