Rigby council declares culverts and an old golf cart surplus, authorizes disposal

Council moved to adopt Resolution No. 231-2026 declaring the listed items surplus and authorizing disposal; Councilman Timothy Howe made the motion and Councilwoman Melanie Allen seconded. The motion carried unanimously. Bradley noted proceeds could be directed to the rodeo grounds fund.
