Bradley recommended awarding the contract to Headwaters Construction. Councilman Reed Stone moved to approve the contract as recommended, with authority for the mayor and the public works director to negotiate reductions as needed and contingent on required documentation. The motion was seconded by Councilman Alex Espinosa.
The roll call recorded Councilman Alex Espinosa, Councilman Timothy Howe, Councilwoman Melanie Allen and Councilman Reed Stone voting yes and Councilman Kevin Bradshaw recorded as abstaining; the motion was recorded as carried.
