On Oct. 14 the Preston City Council moved into executive session to discuss personnel and possible litigation under Idaho Code 74-206(1)(b) and 74-206(1)(f). The motion to enter executive session, moved by Councilmember Chris Larsen and seconded by Councilmember Terry Larson, passed unanimously and the council entered executive session at 5:58 P.M.
A motion by Councilmember Terry Larson, seconded by Councilmember Todd Thomas, brought the council out of executive session at 6:20 P.M. The meeting was then adjourned by Mayor Daniel M.
