Vice chair: Charlotte Gregory nominated Joshua Bower for vice chair; Raghvendra Singh seconded. The vote recorded six yes votes and one abstention (Bower abstained). The motion carried and Bower was elected vice chair.
Treasurer: Charlotte Gregory nominated Raghvendra Singh as treasurer; Reese Peck seconded. The vote recorded six yes votes and one abstention (Singh abstained). The motion carried and Singh was elected treasurer.
Secretary: Charlotte Gregory nominated Valerie Palamountain as secretary; Reese Peck seconded. The vote recorded six yes votes and one abstention (Palamountain abstained). The motion carried and Palamountain was elected secretary.
Consent agenda: Reese Peck moved to approve the consent agenda; Joshua Bower seconded. The consent agenda was approved unanimously, 7-0.
Adjournment: Joshua Bower moved to adjourn; Reese Peck seconded. The board adjourned by unanimous vote at 5:31 p.m.
