Earlier in the public comment period resident Jim Wild asked about tires located on George Street; Chair Steve Simpson said arrangements have been made for removal. Later in the meeting, a minor member of the public addressed the board and stated he had moved the camper to the George Street property using his vehicle because he believed the camper’s owner had been renting that property. That statement provided a partial explanation but did not resolve questions about authorization or ownership.
