The Town of Winchester Planning Board voted June 15 to approve a boundary line adjustment for property at 29 Burt Hill Road.
Planning Board member Margarel Sharra moved to accept the application as complete, open a public hearing and later to approve the adjustment; Vice Chairman Neal Stetson seconded the final approval and the board voted unanimously. The application was filed by Lawrence Land Surveying, LLC on behalf of Colby Ebbighausen.
According to the minutes, the application listed existing lot sizes of 21.9 acres (Lot 54) and 2.31 acres (Lot 54-2) and proposed new lot sizes; the surveyor, Charles Lawrence, presented maps and explained the acreage. The board had no substantive questions and closed the public hearing before voting. The final approval was made contingent on the recording of two new deeds as a condition of the boundary line adjustment.
The board’s roll call and attendance for the meeting were recorded in the minutes; the vote on the BLA was reported as unanimous among members present. The board adjourned the meeting at 7:50 p.m.
