The Winchester Planning Board on March 2 approved its Feb. 2, 2026 minutes, planned outreach at the upcoming election to explain zoning warrant articles, and noted improvements to the meeting livestream sound.
Todd Kilanski moved to approve the minutes from Feb. 2; Robert Browne seconded. The minutes record five votes in favor and Neal Stetson abstained because he had been absent from the Feb. 2 meeting. Vice Chairman Jordan Sharra said she would draft explanatory text about the warrant articles for the Land Use Administrator to distribute. Kilanski, Stetson and Browne volunteered to staff a table on voting day to field questions from voters.
Elizabeth Macdonald described a recruitment document the Planning Board prepared to encourage membership and alternates. Robert Browne told the board that the Winchester GOP helped improve the audio for the board's livestream recordings; members agreed the sound and volume are much improved.
The board adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
