Hoyt council reviews police update, approves vehicle tire purchase and pays bills

Earlier in the meeting, Leonard Allen moved that council go into a 15-minute executive session for attorney-client privilege to include the city attorney, city clerk and chief of police; Larry Valdez seconded and the motion carried. Council later exited the executive session. Near the end of the meeting Joe Romans moved to pay the bills and Leonard Allen seconded; motion carried. Becky McClane moved to adjourn; Debbie Dreasher seconded and the meeting adjourned at 8:43 p.m.
