Clerk Melissa McDowell reported Jan. 13 that staff at City Hall found a new zoning map and that she had spoken with Ally in the county GIS department about producing an updated map to reflect recent zoning changes and a property annexation.
Chair Charles Fryar said he recalled the map being presented earlier but not the details of any approval; Commissioner Stephen Simmons said he did not recall because it would have been his first Planning & Zoning meeting. McDowell said she will present the updated map to the commission once it has been printed.
No formal vote or ordinance change was recorded in the minutes; the item was recorded as staff follow-up to provide a printed, updated zoning map for commission review.
