Proctor Selectboard elects Lisa Miser chair and fills multiple one‑year appointments

The board also named Albert Wenta as Fire Warden for a five‑year term and appointed Judy Frazier as the town’s Ethics Liaison. The minutes show these motions as unanimously approved. Tree Warden, 911 Coordinator and additional RCSWD appointments were tabled for a future meeting.
