The Proctor Board of Water Commissioners convened at 6:20 p.m. during the town92s Selectboard meeting and reviewed Article II (Definitions) of the Public Drinking Water System Rules & Regulations. Members revived several definitions and added and deleted others; the commissioners did not finish the review and scheduled continuation of the review at a future meeting.
Bruce Baccei moved to adjourn the Selectboard meeting and convene as the Board of Water Commissioners at 6:20 p.m.; Albert Wenta seconded and the motion was approved unanimously. The commissioners completed a preliminary pass through definitions but did not adopt a final, complete revision at this session. The Board of Water Commissioners adjourned at 7:27 p.m., and the Selectboard reconvened.
No formal vote to adopt amended regulations was recorded; the work was described as an ongoing review to be continued.
