Shane Willis presented My AV‑Tech LLC estimates 24150 and 24151 to wire and install three permanent 15‑inch solar speed signs and one mobile unit with cameras and messaging. The package also includes an annual $1,500 cloud device fee per device. Eric Long noted the existing mobile unit recorded about 800 varied speeding violations over three weeks, and suggested moving that unit roughly 20–30 yards to a new pole; Mr. Willis said the district will buy poles from Paramount Asphalt at about $1,200 each.
On a motion by Bob Schultz, seconded by Kurt Blumenthal, the board approved the AV‑Tech estimates and associated costs (combined total $105,000) with all members voting in favor. The board discussed that PSGRC may administer warnings and fines and that the HOA could assume cloud device costs and offset them with covenant traffic fine revenues.
