Shane Willis, the district’s operations manager, presented Premier Lakes’ one‑time work order and a revised electrical proposal from Bentley Electric that would have added about 125 feet of electrical work and cost roughly $10,755 to relocate equipment situated in an easement between homes. Board discussion considered budget timing and whether to revisit relocation during the proposed Fiscal Year 2026 budget cycle.
On a motion by Bob Schultz, seconded by Robert Twombly, the board approved installing a zombie box at a cost of $3,098. The record shows Bob Schultz, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill voted in favor, while Terry Mountford and Kurt Blumenthal dissented (motion passed 3‑2). The board noted the relocation proposals could be reconsidered during next year’s budget discussions.
