The Town of Proctor Selectboard on May 12 reviewed and signed Selectboard orders totaling $70,973.29 and approved a request for a 30‑day extension to lodge the Grand List with the state Property Valuation & Review. Bruce Baccei moved to approve the extension letter and authorize the chair to sign; Linda Doty seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The board also approved the meeting agenda and the April 28, 2025 minutes by unanimous votes earlier in the session. Town Manager Judy Frazier presented the financial paperwork and confirmed the extension would allow staff additional time to finalize the Grand List filings with PVR.
The board set follow‑up items for the next regular meeting on May 27, 2025. The Selectboard adjourned its regular session at 6:54 p.m. to convene water commission business and later reconvened for additional items before adjourning at 7:42 p.m.
