The manager said they will meet with Lenny Howard to add a sidewalk plow to the capital plan and seek quotes; the minutes note the 2013 machine cost about $102,000 when new.
The manager also noted upcoming procurement: Parkman Wood Road project bidding, a mowing RFP, and work on utility appraisal evaluations and a 20‑year wastewater treatment plant analysis (with potential USDA/state funding assistance). The manager said implementing major water/wastewater projects could take up to five years and will require a future board resolution when the town pursues funding.
