On financial matters, Hans Tudhope moved to pay General Fund orders totaling $25,232.74, Sewer Orders totaling $597.55, and to process town payroll; Les Wood seconded and the motion passed 5 Yes, 0 No. The meeting adjourned at 7:53 p.m. after a motion by Les Wood, seconded by Mike Christian; the motion carried 5 Yes, 0 No.
The board also set Select Board meeting dates for May as the second and fourth Mondays (May 11 and May 25) and discussed recruiting a representative and alternate for the Maple Broadband Governing Board; no appointment was made.
