Sharon Planning Commission votes to start Dec. 9 meeting at 6:30 p.m.; Zoom recording interrupted in Dec. 3 special meeting

The Sharon Planning Commission on Dec. 3 voted to move the start time of its Dec. 9 regular meeting from 7:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with the meeting to run until 9:00 p.m. The motion to change the start time was made by Lucy Gibson, seconded by Sue Sellew, and recorded in the minutes as approved unanimously.
Earlier in the meeting Planning Administrator Alexandra Babicki warned that several agenda items for Dec. 9 would be time-consuming and proposed the earlier start; commissioners agreed. The minutes note the Zoom meeting and recording for the Dec. 3 session stopped abruptly roughly halfway through. Babicki asked commissioners to pause discussion until the recording was restored. The second half of the recording, beginning at 6:36 p.m., was recovered, but the first half of the meeting was not retrievable due to technical difficulties.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.; Dana Colson moved to adjourn, Andrew Cliburn seconded and the motion was approved unanimously. The commission will continue review of the Subdivision Regulations at upcoming meetings.
