The Sharon Selectboard recorded multiple formal approvals on Dec. 1, including ratifications and warrant approvals, the FY25 draft audit, and meeting minutes.
Motions carried unanimously to ratify AP warrant 1994 ($456), ratify AP Warrant 1996 ($34,839.19), approve AP Warrant 1997 ($1,933.61), approve AP Warrant 1998 ($8,872.87), approve AP Warrant 1999 ($12,003.36), approve AP Warrant 2000 ($628), and to approve the payroll warrant for the period Nov. 16–Nov. 29, 2025, with a cash draw of $16,589.34. The Selectboard also ratified a $13,093.60 payment for the Expanded Radio Communications project from the Emergency Reserve Fund.
Finance Manager Lucy Pierpont and Treasurer Deb Jones presented the Draft FY25 Audit; the board approved the FY25 draft audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. Kevin Gish moved to approve the Nov. 17 minutes with a minor change; Scott Henkels seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
