Councilor Noah Estes moved to adopt the Parkson pre-purchase contract. Mayor Witt Anderson offered a friendly amendment authorizing the city manager to sign the agreement; Councilor Lydia Koerner seconded and the council voted in favor.

Present at the meeting were Mayor Witt Anderson and councilors Charlie Cannon, Ron Wright, Noah Estes, Lydia Koerner and Gary Lindemyer. The council directed staff to proceed with contract execution and related implementation tasks.
