Manila council adopts FY2026–27 budget, approves FY2025–26 revisions

The council adjourned the hearings promptly after the votes; the regular meeting continued to additional agenda items including fee schedule and infrastructure updates.
The immediate practical effect is that the FY2026–27 budget is adopted and the FY2025–26 revisions are in effect as approved; the town clerk will publish the final budget documents as required by town procedures.
