Hills council adopts posting-location and records destruction resolutions; schedules hearing for Skriver

Council Member Henderson moved to adopt Resolution 2026-24 authorizing destruction of certain city records; Council Member Rummelhart seconded and the council voted 4–0 to approve.
The council also scheduled a public hearing on an annexation request submitted by Anita Skriver for Aug. 24, 2026, at 7:00 PM. The meeting began with approval of the consent agenda, which included minutes, claims and financial reports.
