Council members discussed visuals, including one AI-generated image (staff noted it in the draft) and suggested a different photo of Mayor Lou for one page. Stiles said the plan will be printed, distributed, and posted on the city website, and he proposed signage for council chambers to display plan text. Council moved and adopted the plan by voice vote.
