Eudora accepts dedications and easement vacations for Cedar Ridge final plat

The Eudora City Commission accepted dedications and vacations of rights-of-way and easements shown on the Final Plat of Cedar Ridge (FP-26-002) during its April 27 meeting.
City Planner Kyle Kobe recommended approval of the dedications and vacations as shown on the face of the plat. He told commissioners the first Planning Commission condition has been resolved and that a second condition remains in effect and will be addressed before building permits are issued.
The Commission voted to accept the dedications and vacations as presented. Staff will track outstanding conditions and confirm compliance before permitting activity begins.
