Council adopts 2025 fees and renews Adopt A Highway agreements

Nelson Street (I-35 to 6th Street) and Highway 56 (8th Street/Edgerton Rd. to Sunflower Rd.). Staff reported roughly 2,900 pounds of trash collected year-to-date; council approved the two-year renewals with no cost changes, 5-0.
