Following the oath, Lichtenegger moved and Lindsay Palisch seconded to nominate Richard Sachs as president; that nomination was approved 7-0. Lichtenegger moved and Palisch seconded to nominate Cary Roth as vice president; the motion carried 7-0. Palisch moved and Lichtenegger seconded to nominate Brittany Hecht as treasurer; the motion passed 7-0.
The appointments were recorded as unanimous votes in the minutes with no public comment. The board then resumed regular business and continued with its agenda.
