Jeff Totten presented the ESDA report and discussed a mutual aid resolution intended to secure support from neighboring counties when a disaster occurs. The minutes state the state's attorney will review the resolution. Michelle Merritt moved to approve the mutual aid agreement pending approval by Ms. James (the state's attorney); Mark Harrison seconded and all members present voted aye.
The board reviewed animal bite reports and considered claims. Michelle Merritt moved to approve the claims, Joe Boyles seconded, and all members present voted aye.
