The area plan commission issued an order approving the declaratory resolution; the board's action affirms that order and sets the matter up to return to the redevelopment commission for a confirmatory hearing and potential bond issuance to finance infrastructure in the targeted area, which includes smaller suballocation parcels related to a Milbrook project.
A commissioner moved to adopt the resolution and the chair seconded; the motion passed by voice vote.
