President Tyson K. Riggleman moved that the commission go into executive session citing West Virginia Code §6-9A-4; the motion was recorded as unanimously approved. Commissioner Kevin P. Hagerty later moved to exit the executive session; the minutes state the commission exited with no action taken and that the motion to end the executive session was unanimously approved.
No formal votes or approvals related to the lease were recorded in the minutes. Following the executive session, President Riggleman moved to adjourn; the motion was unanimously approved and the meeting adjourned. The minutes were attested by Deputy Clerk Susan L.
