Keystone Heights council approves CemSites cemetery tracking upgrade

City staff presented the proposal under the cemetery agenda item; the approval authorizes staff to proceed with the CemSites implementation and associated vendor paperwork. The council did not record conditions or amendments to the approval at the meeting.
