The council approved Chair Christine Arnold’s renewal after Councilman Tony Brown moved for approval and Vice Mayor Christine Thompson seconded; the motion carried 5-0. Applicants John Silva and Matthew O’Berry addressed the council during the agenda item; Vice Mayor Thompson moved to appoint John Silva and Councilman Elston “Speedy” Kussler seconded. That motion carried 5-0. Councilman Tony Brown then moved to appoint Kimberly Willis; Councilman Kussler seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
