Several commissioners urged keeping conditional-use and decommissioning requirements in local code. Given the ongoing county moratorium and evolving state guidance, the commission voted to table the item until the next meeting and asked staff for monthly updates.
No ordinance was adopted; the commission preserved options for detailed conditional-use standards such as decommissioning plans, traffic and noise studies, and engineering verification of utilities.
