The Borough of Ramsey adopted Ordinance 14-2026 at the July 22 meeting to amend the borough code and add regulations for control of invasive plants, including provisions addressing bamboo. The mayor opened the final reading by title, invited public comment and, with no speakers stepping forward either in chambers or by phone, closed the hearing. The council then voted by roll call to adopt the ordinance. The clerk was directed to publish the title of the ordinance in an official newspaper of the borough and to include notice of the adoption date as required by law.
