Council Member William Daugherty moved to adopt Resolution 25-04 setting the final millage at 6.5000 mills; Council Member Jeff Grenell seconded. The motion recorded passage 5-0. Council then considered Resolution 25-05, the ordinance adopting the final FY 2025-2026 budget.
