The representative also stated the equipment would not emit radiation or noise and that the cabinet footprint would be small.
After the presentation, Councilmember Jeff Grenell moved to defer the item until the applicant provides engineering drawings, elevation renderings and a visual representation of the cabinet; Councilmember Arnold Aliff seconded the motion. The motion passed by a 4‑0 vote.
Next steps: the council requested that the applicant return with the requested documentation for further review. No final approval or permit was granted at the Feb. 5 meeting.
