Deputy Mayor Schleimer then moved, with Trustee Luzio seconding, to approve a settlement for 4601 North Market LLC (listed in the agenda as 27 S Moger). The resolution sets proposed settlement assessments and reductions for multiple years (town 2020–2025 and village 2021–2025), including a village reduction in 2024 from $170,000 to $116,640 and smaller adjustments in subsequent years. That motion also passed with all trustees recorded in favor.
The resolutions authorize the Office of the Village Attorney to execute the settlements on behalf of the Village and Town.
